The Railroad Avenue Distribution Center was developed as a speculative Building for Panattoni Development in Corona, California. The building is 168,000 square feet with a second story office area of just over 9,000 square feet. The client desired a clean and modern aesthetic, which was achieved with a generous use of glass and metal panels in a tilt-up concrete structure. The completed project was awarded a LEED Silver Certification. Retailer Zumiez leased the project upon completion for their warehousing and distribution needs.
