On January 14 behind a closed door session, CCa replica watches uk was chosen as the architect for a major renovation of Clubhouse Two in Laguna Woods. The Chairman of the ad-hoc committee's comment "They really thought outside of the box and were more focused on problem-solving" attributed to CCa moving past the competition. The addition of a roofed colonnade with glass walls along the Moulton Avenue side to create a sound barrier and provide shade for a multi-use patio was just one of the innovative recommendations that impressed the committee. Adding approximately 1000 square feet to the footprint of the clubhouse, the renovation is expected to cost close to $4 million.
Another LEED certified project has been added to CCa's industrial portfolio. Final LEED certification was received this week for the White River Corporate Center located in Sumner, Washington. As a teaching experience, Principal, Cal Coatsworth, took a group of employees out to the soon to be completed Rialto Logistics Center. The afternoon was spent learning first hand the design process behind Industrial projects, how they go from drawings to the built form, and how construction considerations inform our design. At CCa, we value such teaching opportunities and want our employees to understand how our projects are built as much as how they are designed.
